Your order is carefully hand checked and filled before payment
is processed. Credit info is processed by hand.

How soon are orders processed?
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of payment
received.

How is my order shipped?
We ship using UPS. Some products can be ordered and can be
delivered to Vashon True Value on our bi-weekly deliveries
which then can be picked up at the store.

What is your warranty policy for NEW items?
All products (unless otherwise marked, or in "Clearance"
section) are backed by our own 30-day (from the time of
shipment) warranty as well as any applicable manufacturer's
warranty. If there's a problem with a product, we want to
know about it! We will either replace your item or refund
your money discretion.
Please Note:
1. Refunds for NON-DEFECTIVE items will be at our discretion and
will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
2. All returns must be sent to us in the original packaging.
3. Once we receive the item and determine that it is defective
we will send you another of the same unit free of charge (except
for shipping). If you do not want a replacement item we will
refund your money, for the purchase price only, after we receive
the item back.
4. We are not responsible for non-delivery of an item if you do
not give us the correct address.
5. Refunds are for purchase price only. All other charges
including shipping are not refundable.
What if I meant to order a different product?
If you ordered the wrong product we will send you the correct
product after the wrong one is returned in its original
packaging (without defects or signs of use). Please note again
that all shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer
and in these cases there will also be a 20% re-stocking fee for
the returned item.
What if I received the wrong item?
If you received the wrong product please notify us at
206-463-3852, info@vashontruevalue.com with your order number
and description of the item you actually received. We will send
you the correct item free of any charges as soon as we receive
the original item back. Please note ANY item being shipped back
to us must include all parts to the item, be placed correctly
back in its original package, sealed in a plain cardboard
shipping box for UPS pickup.
Yes, we will accept a postal money order, or local personal
check but no COD. If you would like to use a postal money order
to complete the transaction please contact us at 206-463-3852,
info@vashontruevalue.com with the item, quantity and the
shipping address. We will quote the item and UPS shipping to
your address. You then need to send the money order to our
mailing address and your item will ship once the money order
clears our bank. As with all of our orders you will be notified
with a UPS tracking code once your shipment departs.
